HB Threads Makes Custom Shirts for Special Olympics Team

This spring, Easterseals Academy students from the Tinley Park campus competed in the 2024 Special Olympics Illinois Spring Games—and we were thrilled to play a small but meaningful part in their experience!

We Made Custom Shirts for the Special Olympics

To help the athletes show their school pride and feel like a team, our associates at HB Threads designed, produced, and packaged custom shirts -“Team Tinley Park” – just for them.

From heat-pressing to folding, our team poured heart and care into every shirt—making sure each athlete had something bold, bright, and empowering to wear as they represented their school at the games.

Easterseals Academy Students Bring Home The Gold!

During the week of May 6, Easterseals Academy students proudly represented their campuses at the Special Olympics Illinois Spring Games—and they brought home some impressive results!

The Chicago Campus team competed in track and field events like running and softball throw, with four students earning 1st place medals.

Students from the Tinley Park Campus also had a standout performance in the softball throw, bringing home 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th place finishes.
