Golf Classic 2024: Raising Funds in Custom HB Threads Gear

On Friday, May 31st, ECR hosted their 42nd Annual Golf Classic with nearly 300 golfers at the beautiful Grand Geneva Resort and Spa! This is one of their two premier fundraising events, including their Gala, that helps to support their programs and services.

The weather at the Golf Classic was beautiful, and golfers enjoyed a full day that included a Bloody Mary bar and continental breakfast, lunch-at-the-turn, and an after-golf speaking program with food and beverages.

HB Threads Pop Up Shop

At this year’s Golf Classic, we brought our mission directly to the green with a pop-up shop featuring our custom apparel and accessories. As a nonprofit social enterprise, we’re proud to employ individuals with disabilities, providing hands-on job training and meaningful, competitive-wage work.

Golfers and guests had the chance to shop high-quality polos, hats, and other gear—all crafted by our team. Every purchase supports inclusive employment and helps grow opportunities for our incredible associates.
